To add to this. As a diary, this is more of a one way street channel. Not really to be used for back and forth discussions (those happen in the other channels)

https://discord.com/channels/1098133959843512320/1104667545174298734/1156662014014410922 - This conversation that reduced the temp ban time for a user lead to a conversation on setting guidelines on proper escalation responses guidelines, duration of temp bans based on escalation levels, and how to fairly allow members to make mistakes and come back from it. Everyone has a bad day and that shouldn't forever be held against them.

i mean maybe it is a bit self centered sorry i took it a little differently. If you have issues or w.e. i'd be happy to discuss them in DMs but honestly i want to step away from public chats for a bit. This was mostly for my reference later in case it does come up.
